Archiving projects

Projects may be archived at any time for use at a later date. The archiving function is available from the project list dashboard.

1. Choose "Archive" from the options menu​

On the right of the project you wish to archive, open the options menu and select "Archive".

The project will be hidden from the main dashboard, but retained in the database.

💡 Can projects still be viewed and edited while archived?​

Yes. Projects can still be viewed and edited while in the archive. They are simply hidden from view in the main active product list. This is intended to help focus on current active projects. Once completed, a project can be safely archived for future reference.

2. Display all projects including those archived​

Using the archive toggle switch you can display either your active projects only or all the projects you have access to with your account.

Archived projects in your list are displayed in grey.

3. Retrieving projects from the archive​

Using the restore button a project can be retrieved from the archive and displayed again normally in the active project list.
