The Project list / your dashboard

The CERTAIN dashboard is your “home” screen. It is intended to summarize all your project activities and their status in one simple overview.

You can return here at anytime using by clicking on the CERTAN logo top-left, or using the breadcrumb navigator visible throughout the application.

1. The dashboard

This Dashboard lists all your active, completed and archived projects. From here you can initiate a new project, archive or delete an old one and quickly see the status of each project you are working on.

On the left hand side you see the CERTAIN Main Menu which is always accessible throughout the application.

To open an existing project just click on the product name in the list.

2. Starting a new project

To begin a new project / product click on create product.

3. Deleting or archiving a project

Using the option menu on the right you can archive a project for possible future reference or delete it permanently.

Archiving allows you to remove completed projects from your active product list while still retaining them for future reference.

Your archived work can be retrieved and used as templates for subsequent projects. This functionality is described in detail separately.

Deleting them is however permanent. All data, research, documentation and content will be irreversibly removed.

4. Sorting your projects

By clicking on the arrow next to any column name you can sort your list in ascending or descending order. This can also be applied to manufacturer, project status, last edited on, product category etc.

5. Searching for a project

Using the search field at the top you can also search for a project by product name, manufacturer or product category. Simply enter your search criteria and the list is filtered accordingly.
